Annual General Meeting Nominations & Agenda Items

As our AGM approaches on the 23rd November, we invite members to put forward nominations for the position of Chairman or Executive Committee member by Midday on the 8th November in order for these to be submitted to the Ministry of Youth and Sport (MYS) for approval.

The nomination forms are available at BRFC reception. Each nomination requires a proposer and seconder and can be submitted, once completed, via email to gen-sec@bahrainrfc.com.

The agenda for the AGM contains a standard list of items. However additional items which require to be raised to the club membership can be submitted as AOB to be discussed. These items can also be submitted via email to gen-sec@bahrainrfc.com with supporting documents by Midday on the 8th November.

A list of all Active Members who are eligible to participate in this AGM will be available at BRFC reception from 4th November.
