Bahrain RFC End of Season Ball 2017-18

This year’s End of Season Ball was held at The Diplomat – Radisson Blue. A great night was had by the 400 people who attended. The evening provided the opportunity  to recognise the hard work and achievements of different individuals who have contributed towards the success of the club this year and to express our appreciation to all, including all of our staff and members. Once again, a late night was had by many with live bands performing throughout the night – The headline of which was The Secret Police, who flew out from the UK especially.

The awards were presented by our Chairman Mr. Mike Cunningham to our Senior Sports Awards Winners with Director of Rugby Louie Tonkin summarising the presentation below:

“The 2017-18 End Of Season Ball was a great night indeed – a night to celebrate the achievements of the senior sports programs and athletes for their achievements during the season. A diverse array of awards were presented for various accolades throughout the evening covering the illustrious Player of the Year Awards for the various sporting categories. The Senior Rugby awards were swept up by our very own Sports Coordinator – Lindsey Gibson for the fantastic season he had at the helm in our successful attempt at winning the West Asia Cup.
