BUGGY BLAST – INTERVAL TRAINING

November 19 @ 8:30 am - 9:30 am

Buggy Blast Interval-based class incorporating a full body workout! Including prenatal and postpartum core training.

All fitness levels are welcome, including pregnant mums-to-be-be (buggy/stroller not required)!

Every Monday from 12th November to 10th December, 8:30AM – 9:30AM

BD5 FOR MEMBERS – BD6 FOR NON-MEMBERS

Limited spaces available

Women should be 6+ weeks postpartum and have clearance from their doctor to resume physical exercise.
