MIXED - Mixed movements, work times & loading. Everything Mixed.
FAST - 30 mins of High Intensity. Head down, work.
STRENGTH - Lower reps, heavier loading, technique essential.
YOUTH FITNESS
Youth Finess is a group class that has been crafted to help boys & girls to get active, stay healthy & build good habits for the future. For ages 9-17.
